Multisearch is the API call that is used to run pricing searches. It is highly customizable and contains over 200 input fields to tailor requests as desired and return detailed results.

It is beneficial to read the Pricing section to become familiar with the pricing search request and response before attempting to make this call. 

Many of the request fields are organized into containers, the most important of which are:

• criteria, which contains Borrower Criteria such as loan amount, purchase price, and other fields related to the loan borrower.
• property, which contains fields relating to the property such as address, number of rooms, and others.
• brokerCriteria, which contains fields pertaining to the broker such as the lock terms.
• closingCost, which contains fields related to the Closing Cost such as title services and third party services.
• miCriteria, which contains fields related to the loan type.
